RICHARD DEAKE FAMILY

RICHARD DEAKE JR. Richard Jr. was the only son of Richard Deake. He was
born in 1716 at Westerly, Kings Co., RI. He died in childhood about 1718 leaving
Richard Sr. with no male heirs.
BB: GRACE DEAKE Grace Deake was
born in 1712 to Richard Deake and Mary Lewis in Westerly, R.I. She married Zebulon
Throps on Nov. 11, 1753. They were listed as living in Elizabeth Town, N.J. at
the time of their marriage and by May 6, 1755 they had moved to Woodbridge, Middlesex
Co., East N.J. The date and place of her death is unknown.
BC: ELIZABETH DEAKE Elizabeth Deake
was born to Richard Deake and Mary Lewis in Westerly, Colony of Rhode Island about
1714. She married Ebenezer Moon 3rd on June 12, 1735 in North Kingstown, Kings
Co., Colony of Rhode Island. Her fathers' Will indicated that she was living in
Exeter, Kings Co., R.I. at the time of his death. Ebenezer was the son of Ebenezer
and Elizabeth Moon born on June 25, 1713 in North Kingstown, R.I. At the time
of his death his Will stated " I give to my daughter Mary Moon - one pair of gold
buttons all ready made which was her Grandfather Dake's". They moved to Exeter,
R.I. some time prior to 1742. Elizabeth died, prior to her husband, in 1778 at
Exeter, Kings Co., R.I.
